What voodoo that you do so well... I'm not sure what kind of devil magic is involved in making fast food fried chicken so good, but they've done it. I use to think Chic' Filet was pretty good fast food chicken, until I tried Popeye's. This is nearly 30 minutes from my home, but I always go back. The biscuits and mash potato are yummy too. Definitely worth checking out!

What's not to like about fried chicken with honey sauce? I'm salivating just thinking about it.
For fast food, this place is so good and flavorful! I hadn't been here in years and I normally go to pollo tropical or Boston market for healthier chicken when doing fast food chicken! I went to KFC when I had a fried chicken craving while pregnant last November and man, Popeye's blows KFC out of the water.. No comparison! Their fried spicy chicken batter here is so full of flavor.. And the chicken was super moist! Also, the green beans were exceptionally flavorful, and the biscuit was yummy! Fast, friendly service too!

Bad service. It happens twice each time we go there for take out dinner. They forgot to put something. Tonight the forgot to put Cole Slaw with dinner. We paid for it but it was not there. What is wrong with people who work there. They can't read.!!!

Pretty impressed. Fast food propaganda lol watching these commercials made me go here. I love Louisiana food and I finally decided to stop in. I just had a bad experience at long john silvers so I was skeptical to try this place. I ordered in drive thru and got the chicken tender meal spicy and a order of popcorn shrimp. My sides were red beans and rice and mash potatoes. Each order came with a biscuit. After waiting alittle bit for the shrimp, I got my order and headed home. I first had the shrimp. For the price it was a good portion. The shrimps were a good size for popcorn ones. I was pretty impressed since it was fast food. The best part was the biscuit. Man was this thing soft and buttery. This was one of the best biscuits I've ever had, crazy to even type that but it was. The chicken tenders were are good portion too for the price. They were ok along with the mash and red beans. As for fast food, this is pretty tasty. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

Ill pass on the hipster fried chicken & quaint places its served in nowadays & take that La recipe for a 3rd the price my 6 piece was fresh & spicy & the meat was nice n plump on roids the sides minus the 2000 calorie biscuit are pretty weak though & always check your bag before u leave the drivethrough cuz pompanos finest dont know how to pack an order correctly

Went by the drive thru and Cory was the one who help me. He had a great energy (seem like he loves his job ) great to see people like him. Awesome food. Yummy raspberry and creme pie. My favorite !!!

Number ONE Complaint...... They are ALWAYS sweeping up dust in my food when I eat there ! Almost every time I have been there, the kids come out with the broom and dust pan and the air gets thick with dust and dirt from the floor. That's just plain RUDE. It's not like the place is so busy they couldn't wait until there's noone in there. TOTALLY...TOTALLY bad management. Otherwise, the food is good and the place is kept clean. But I stopped going due to them constantly kicking up dust and dirt while I'm trying to eat.

My first night in Pompano Bay needed to include a meal at Popeyes. My friend loves that chicken from Popeyes! Popeyes is a very good company. I debated between the red beans & rice and the Cajun fries. The Popeyes associate recommended the red beans & rice. They were good. My friend ordered chicken. He must have liked it as he shook his head in awe and disbelief. Popeyes must have very good chicken. I hear they're better than that of KFC. This is a very convenient location. It's right near the Cheetahs lounge. We caught up with each other during our conversation. My friend is pursuing his PharmD here in Florida. My friend is very successful. He is leading a paradigm shift in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. 10 years ago, he predicted that Biogen Idec would be doing well. Their therapies are one of a kind. My friend is a Renaissance man. I am happy that he wants to pursue a real estate career like that of Joginder. He is his protégé. The inside of the restaurant is clean.
